A background check is required for volunteers prior to participating in many volunteer opportunities - you will need to attend our local RCMP detachment and have that completed and submitted to Arrow and Slocan Lakes Community Services prior to being able to volunteer for activities involving vulnerable persons, finances, or privacy.

By submitting this application, you give permission to Arrow and Slocan Lakes Community Services to obtain information regarding employment, volunteer and personal background. You also certify that the information provided on this volunteer registration form is true and complete.  I understand and agree that false statements may disqualify me from volunteering or result in dismissal.
