A background check is required for volunteers prior to participating in many volunteer opportunities - you will need to have that completed and submitted to Arrow and Slocan Lakes Community Services prior to being able to volunteer for activities involving vulnerable persons, finances, or privacy.

I also certify that the information provided on this volunteer registration form is true and complete.  By completing this form, I indicate that I understand and agree that false statements may disqualify me from volunteering or result in dismissal.
