Affordable Housing Development
Arrow Heights
The project is a Columbia Basin Trust Investment in Affordable Housing (CBIAH) initiative and partnership with the Columbia Basin Trust and BC Housing to build 167 new homes for people in the region struggling to find housing they can afford. Ten new housing projects in the Columbia Basin region will increase the availability of affordable rental homes for individuals, families, seniors or those with disabilities, who are earning a low-to moderate-income.
Arrow Heights is located at 101-107 1st Avenue, Nakusp BC.
Occasionally units will become open for rent - watch this space and our social media for those postings.

HOUSING SUPPORT LINKS
ASLCS has had a lot of inquiries for housing support. The lack of available housing/high rents coupled with the cost of living (food, fuel, utilities, etc) rising exponentially we want to be able to offer folks some relief...rental subsidies may be able to help eligible folks.
LINKS TO HELP WITH RENT
The Rental Assistance Program (RAP) provides eligible low-income working families with monthly assistance to help with their monthly rent payments.
