COUNSELLING SERVICES
Arrow and Slocan Lakes Community Services is committed and dedicated to the strong mental health of everyone in our community. Below are the counselling services we offer:
STOPPING THE VIOLENCE - COUNSELLING
Counselling for women experiencing current or historical trauma and abuse. Supportive education and advocacy are available as well as referrals to immediate assistance.
CHILD & YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
This program provides comprehensive community mental health services for children who are under the age of 19 and may be experiencing mental, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
PEACE PROGRAM
This program helps children whose emotional health and self esteem have been impacted by family conflict, and supports clients (age 3-18) to explore non-violent ways of conflict resolution to help end the inter-generational cycle of abuse.
