Community Calendar Policy
The events listed have preference given to non-profit, not-for-profit, government, and licensed commercial users.
Individual, personal, and unlicensed events may not be posted, subject to review.
The Calendar hosts hold no responsibility for the events listed, and do not assert the quality, validity, or legal status of the events. Event postings are only as accurate as the information provided and though we strive to keep up to date with changes, it’s not always possible unless you send them directly to us and request an update.
Event information must be submitted at least one (1) calendar month before in order to appear on our printed paper calendars. Later events will be updated and added to the online calendar if possible.
Don’t feel like filling out the form? Send us your event poster in jpeg or png format and we will post it just like that. Additional details may be sent in the email body - please provide address for the location so that our map can locate it. Submissions may be sent to: ASLCScalendar@gmail.com with the event title in the subject line. Thank you for supporting local community events.
