Friday Oct 4, 6-8pm: Drop off your contestants for the Blue Ribbon competition at the Arena Auditorium

Saturday Oct 5

12:00: Start of the Fun! Come see the Blue RIbbon winners, check out the petting zoo, jump in the bouncy castle, see the vendors and information booths, listen to live music, and grab some food at the concession.

1:30: Gilbert’s RC Car races: bring your RC car to race through the course at the skateboard park, and see if your time is the fastest!

2:30: Valhalla Hills Nordic Ski Club: Bring your Zucchini car to the skate park to see if it can take the speed without exploding! If you’d like to show it off first, take it to the Blue Ribbon tables Friday night or anytime before 1pm Saturday

3:30: KSCU Loonie Treasure Hunt: Loonies all over the playground! Two age brackets, so treasure for everyone!

Make sure to also check out music with Wendy and Jerry, Firesmart information, Nakusp Area Bike Society bike fun, Nakusp Area Youth Society upcycled clothing, Nakusp Museum gadgets from the past, and the Nakusp East Farms petting zoo!

As if that weren’t enough, Summit Lake Ski Area is also holding their annual Ski Swap and season pass sales (at last year’s rates!). Bring in your gear to sell at 11am, and pickup at 3.
