Dear friends,

There is still time to register for my Vocal Yoga course, taking place as a 5-week series for the Valhalla Fine Arts Society in both Nakusp (Bonnington) and Silverton! 

If you are still unsure of what vocal yoga is, please check out this short video about it. Beginners are welcome, and recommended minimum age is 14. 

Please note that this is not a drop-in class and you must register to participate. Registration can be done here: https://valhallafinearts.org/site/vocal-yoga/

Sessions will be on Mondays from 6-7pm starting March 17th and ending April 14th in Nakusp. There will also be sessions offered in Silverton on Thursdays starting March 20th and ending April 17th.
